Three Ways to Work Together

Individual Therapy

I provide a supportive alliance where clients feel truly heard and empowered to explore their emotions and challenges. I offer a flexible fusion of CBT, mindfulness, Jungian psychology, and trauma-informed care, adapting my approach to your individual needs and goals. By giving voice to the parts of yourself that need attention, we can foster greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of both yourself and your relationships. My goal is to create a meaningful connection that supports lasting transformation — helping you feel understood while equipping you with practical tools for meaningful change.

FAQ

How do sessions work, and do you take insurance?

Sessions are 50 minutes, weekly or biweekly, delivered via telehealth on a HIPAAcompliant video platform. I am an out of network provider and do not take insurance — I can provide a superbill at the end of each month. Payment is made directly at the time of each session.

Rather than working from one fixed method, I draw from CBT, mindfulness, Jungian psychology, and trauma-informed care — tailoring the approach to what each person needs when they begin. Modalities often change during treatment and is discussed as a collaborative approach.

Individual therapy is one-on-one work that has no specific end date. Some clients are short term, and others prefer a more open ended relationship. The course — From Maintaining to Wholeness — is an 8-week immersive program for busy professionals, launching soon. Some people will want both. A discovery call can help you decide.

It’s designed for busy professionals who want to strengthen their inner relationship through focused, structured work. The 8 weeks will move through themes like authenticity, internal blocks, acceptance, integration and uncovering parts of yourself that need a voice. Cohorts are limited to 4–6 people for depth and personalization. Join the waitlist, and you’ll hear from me when the first cohort opens.
