MARY'S STORY
Why I Became a Therapist
Therapy has helped me throughout different periods of my own life. Experiencing the value of being heard, supported, and given the space to better understand myself inspired me to provide that same opportunity for others.
Today, my goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely heard and empowered to explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges without judgment.

PHILOSOPHY
Therapy Is a Collaborative Process
Mary does not believe in applying one fixed method to every person. She draws from CBT, mindfulness, Jungian psychology, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting the therapeutic approach as each client's needs evolve.
The goal is not simply to manage difficult moments, but to develop greater self-awareness, understand patterns and relationships, and create meaningful change.
